I've seen men and women emerge and succeed in areas of customer service but never have I seen the works of Leon Booker. My wife and I are second time home owners/ homebuyers and this time we were seeking God for someone who would understand the importance of us finding the perfect home for our family. We were looking for someone who would meet our needs of finding our dream home. Leon went far beyond our expectations, with service, communication and follow up.
I am a busy Pastor and really dont have much time for anything other than sherperding the flock of God,but Leon was devinely assigned by God. His services are second to none. Leon Booker is an excellent real estate agent. He was my realtor during my home building and buying process. Since this was this the first home I ever purchased, I was initially concerned that the builder and the lenders would take advantage of my lack of experience. But with Leon as my realtor, my concerns were unneccesary. Leon made it a point to be readily available at every stage of the building and purchasing process and he made sure that I received the best service from the builder and lender.. His regular phone calls and his willingness to answer any of my questions demonstrated excellent customer service as well as his concern for his clients. Leon proved time and time again to be an expert in his field and in the home building process. One example that sticks out in my mind was several weeks before closing. I mentioned to Leon that my parents were going to be in town to see the house before the formal walk thru with the builder. Leon made it a point to stop by and go through every nook and cranny of the house so that we could have a list of the things the builder needed to do before closing. At the final walk thru, the builder complimented me on the thoroughness of the list and remarked that he doesn't see that often.
